Pedvl Scheduling Policy At Pedvl, we aim to provide excellent service for all our pedicab tours. By making a reservation, you agree to the following policies: Booking & Payment * Advance Notice: Reservations are encouraged at least 24 hours in advance. * Payment: Full payment is required at booking via our online booking portal. * Tour Duration: Standard tours are 60minutes long. Longer or custom tours can be arranged on request. Rescheduling & Cancellations * Rescheduling: Changes must be made 24 hours in advance. Late changes may incur additional charges. * Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. * No-Show: No refunds for no-shows. * Cancellation by Us: If we cancel due to weather or other circumstances, we’ll offer a full refund or rescheduling. Late Arrivals & Weather * Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the tour with no refund. * Weather: We may cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions. Customers will be notified and offered a refund or rescheduling. Group Tours & Special Requests * Group Size: Our standard pedicabs accommodate up to 3 passengers. Larger groups may require additional pedicabs. * Special Requests: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for custom routes or special accommodations. Gift Cards & Vouchers * Gift Cards: Valid for 1 year from purchase. Non-refundable. * Vouchers: Must be used as specified; expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
